FY26 FCI Phoenix Fire Alarm/Suppression System Inspection

The Bureau of Prisons intends to procure services for the inspection, cleaning, and certification of the fire detection and suppression systems at the Federal Correctional Institution in Phoenix, Arizona. The contractor will have 10 business days to fully inspect and test the fire detection system, clean 20% of initiating devices, and perform annual testing per NFPA standards. At least one technician must be certified on the existing Notifier and ONYXWorks systems, which require updating. The contractor must provide quotes for any necessary repairs, which may be performed during the inspection if approved. Services will be monitored by the facility's department and a Contracting Officer Representative.
