The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Vocational Training Program - Small Business Setup, located in the Federal Correctional Instutition (FCI) Phoenix, in Phoenix, Arizona. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 - Junior Colleges (Size Standard: $20,500,000). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates requiring the provision of 256 sessions per year for instructional services for the provision of Vocational Training Program - Small Business Setup at FCI Phoenix. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 26, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov .
