The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles, intends to issue a solicitation 15B60623Q00000001 for the requirements of QUARTERLY MEAT/SUBSTANCE for the 2nd QTR FY23. This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Businesses, FOB Destination. The delivery date will be from January 5, 2023 through January 19, 2023. For the delivery dates/instructions, please refer to the cover letter. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) who's offer conforming to the solicitation is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or around 12/7/22 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://.sam.gov.
