The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, MDC Los Angeles, intends to issue solicitation 15B60621Q20000002 for the requirements of QUARTERLY MEAT/SUBSTANCE, Religious Diet Specifications for 4th QTR FY21. This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Businesses, FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be between July 1st and July 20th., FY2021. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) who's offer conforming to the solicitation is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or around May 6, 2021 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions.
