This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Businesses, FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be from April 1st through April 20th.2021, unless another delivery schedule noted. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) who's offer conforming to the solicitation is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or around 1/27/2021 and will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
