The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, MDC Los Angeles, intends to issue solicitation 15B60620Q00000003 for the requirements of QUARTERLY MEAT/SUBSTANCE. This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Business, FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be on or around JULY 15, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple award and will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 19, 2020 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://beta.sam.gov. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions.
