The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government and provides the best value. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation.
