The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, located in Pollock, Louisiana intends to make a single award of firm-fixed price type contract to a responsible entity for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B51923Q00000020 for Instant Milk. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 311999, with a size standard of Total Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 700 employees. Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards and shall contain all cost associated with product and delivery. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07(c). DESCRIPTION / SCHEDULE: Instant Milk or Smart Milk, Individual Serving Packet, Each Packets Makes 1 - 8 Ounce Serving When Reconstituted. Total amount may be adjusted to the next highest case count. Product can be a plant-based dairy substitute. Quantity requested is based on 300 count cases. Delivery is required by August 25, 2023. CONTRACT PRICING: Contract pricing must include all cost associated product and delivery.
