This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, located in Pollock, Louisiana intends to make a multiple awards of firm-fixed price type contracts to responsible entities for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B51923Q00000004 for Dairy Milk and Bulk Butter. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 311511, with a size standard of Total Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 1000 employees and the product must be made in the United States. Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07(c). DESCRIPTION / SCHEDULE: Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, No Flavor, 1%, ½ pint size container. Weekly Delivery of 42,000 units is required beginning January 4, 2023 and last delivery of March 29, 2023. Delivery shall occur on Wednesday of each week and shipment shall be palletized. Butter, Bulk (Made exclusively from milk or cream or both, with or without common salt, and with or without additional coloring matter, and not containing no less than 80 percent by weight of milkfat).
