SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Pollock, Louisiana has a future requirement for continuation of Electrical Utility services located in Grant Parish County, Pollock, Louisiana. The FCC has an established connection for electrical utility services that is operational. The facility houses an inmate population and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221122 with a Small Business Size Standard for 1,000 employees. The contractor will provide electrical utility services to the designated point of service and/or metered connection. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of with a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years in duration. The anticipated contract is a ten-year, requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices. A governmental solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
