This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, located in Pollock, Louisiana intends to make a single award of firm-fixed price type contract to a responsible entity for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B51921Q00000016 for Courier Services. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 492210, with a size standard of $30,000,000.00 and for “non-manufacturers”, the size standard is 500 employees and the product must be made in the United States. Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07(c). Performance Pick up at CFAD location Monday - Friday(excluding Federal Holidays) at 2:30p.m. Packages to be delivered to a FEDEX location in time for same day shipping and overnight delivery to various BOP locations. Packages range in number from25-70 per day, average 45 per day. Packages range in size from envelopes to 22X22X22" boxes. Packages range in weight from 1 pound to 65 pounds, average 20 pounds. Performance period- October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022 Contract pricing Contract pricing must include all cost associated with required services.
