The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award to provide Occupational Training Programs- Building Trade, Small Engine Repair, and Business Management Instructors at the Federal Correctional Institution – Pollock located in Pollock, Louisiana. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $22.0 million). This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The Contract shall consist of a base year, four (4) 12 months option years. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The courses consist of 1648 session for each instructor. The contractor will normally work eight (8) hours per day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m for each service. One hour of work will equal one session (1hr/1ss). One Normal work week will be a five (5) day per week, excluding Federal Holidays. Work hours will be between 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a 30 minute unpaid break). These hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution and only at the approval of the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor of Education. The contractor shall not exceed an estimate of 40 hours per week for each service.
