This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery dates will begin April 1, 2021 and shall be completed by within 30 days. Deliveries will be made according to the supplied schedule to the Federal Correctional Complex, 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
