Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price solicitation for subsistence and meat items, restricted to 100% small businesses with a size standard of 700 employees. The performance location is the Food Service Warehouse at the Federal Correctional Complex in Oakdale, Louisiana. Delivery and service performance must occur between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025. The award will be based on a best-value determination weighing price and past performance approximately equally. All contractors must be registered in the SAM database and submit a typed quote on the required specification sheet.
