The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), FDC Houston hereby issues solicitation 15B51724Q00000008 for the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to a responsible “Small Business” entity for the provision of the repair and modernization of Elevator “A” at FDC Houston, located at 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, Texas 77002. Awarded contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment, necessary to safely repair and modernize Elevator A and its associated components and subassemblies. Repairs shall be included as per the attached statement of work. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 333921 (Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing). Any secured/locked documents with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
