The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Detention Center located in Houston, Texas (FDC Houston). Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Period and all Option Periods are as follows - Estimated Inpatient Days: 275 days per contract year, Estimated Outpatient Visits: 300 visits per contract year, and Outpatient Institution Services (Optometrist): session duration 6 hours and session quantity 26 per contract year. The solicitation will be made available on/or about October 3, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website (FBO) at http://www.fbo.gov.
