The Federal Bureau of Prisons ? Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Parking Garage services for the staff of the Federal Detention Center (FDC) Houston, located in Houston, TX. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The number of parking spaces needed is 165 spaces within 1/3 mile of the FDC. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other requirements will be detailed in the solicitation.
