The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Three Rivers, TX intends to issue solicitation 15B51624Q00000052, for the acquisition of Kosher CRC items and Halal items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers, Three Rivers, TX. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED on OCTOBER 1, 2024. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. If submitting a quote for CRC items, you must have your CRC certification attached to your quotes. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with past performance far more important than price and technical. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 12, 2024 and will be posted to the sam.gov website. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 12, 2024 at 5:00pm EST. Bids should be submitted via email to wsotoruiz@bop.gov or b5perez@bop.gov.Vendors must use the attached SF1449 attached to this solicitation in order to be considered for award. Payments will be made using EFT or purchase card.
