CLARIFICATION: Description of what items will be awarded as a group is incorrect. May 9, 2024 RE: 15B51524Q00000017 – Subsistence - 4th Qtr FY2024 Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000017 for the requirement of Subsistence products for the 4th Quarter FY2024. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms and subject to immediate cancellation. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 9th, 2024, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the site.
