The line items described below will be awarded as follow: Line items 1 and 5 will be awarded together as a group. Line items 6 and 7 will be awarded together as a group. Line items 2, 3 and 4 will be awarded individually. Line item 1, Chicken Leg Quarters will be split into 2 deliveries: 1st delivery of 23,000 lbs on January 12th, 2024, and 2nd delivery of 22,000 lbs on February 15th, 2024. Delivery of all other items to be on January 12th, 2024, between 8:00am and 1:30pm CST. Evaluation factors are Price and Performance; Delivery dates and terms and conditions still in effect as stated in original solicitation. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 21, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is December 13, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time via e-mail or mail. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated date of award is December 15, 2023. FCI Texarkana will award to one vendor for all line items. Deliveries for Line item 1, Chicken Leg Quarters, will be split into two deliveries: 23,000 lbs. on January 12, 2024, and 22,000 lbs. on February 15, 2024. Deliveries for Line items 2 thru 7 will be January 12, 2024. Delivery times are Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, except for Federal holidays.
