Offers will be FOB Destination with deliveries on a weekly basis every Tuesday beginning on January 2nd, 2024, between 7:30am and 1:30pm, except Federal holidays. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 13th, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov.
