RE: 15B51524Q00000003 - Subsistence Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000003 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter FY2024 Subsistence items. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB Destination with deliveries no later than January 16th, 2024. Deliveries accepted Monday thru Friday between 7:30am and 1:30pm, except Federal holidays. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to responsible offeror or offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 13th, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is November 29th, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time via e-mail or mail. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
