RE: 15B51523Q00000020 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000020 for the requirement of 4th Quarter Milk. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311511. Items will be FOB destination with weekly deliveries beginning July 3rd, 2023. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms.
