February 21, 2023 RE: 15B51523Q00000011 Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000011 for the requirement of 3rd Quarter Milk items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424430. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning April 1, 2023. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. The price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 21, 2023 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov.
