May 12, 2022 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51522Q00000018 for the requirement of 4th Quarter Bread items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning July 1, 2022. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. The price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms.
