February 8, 2022 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51522Q00000012 for the requirement of 3rd Quarter Bread items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning April 1, 2022. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. The price will be rated higher than past performance.
