November 12, 2021 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51522Q00000002 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning January 1, 2022. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
