August 21, 2020 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51520Q00000015 for the requirement of 1st Quarter Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning October 1, 2020. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance.
