April 28, 2020 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51520Q00000011 for the requirement of 4th Quarter Bread items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning July 1, 2020. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance.
