May 10, 2019 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51519Q00000016 for the requirement of 4th Quarter Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning July 1, 2019. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established times frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms.
