Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial food items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the 3rd Quarter National Menu FY2026. It is a 100% small business set-aside, and awards will be based on past performance rather than lowest price, with items awarded individually. All items must be delivered F.O.B. destination to FCI Seagoville at 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159, with specific delivery hours and temperature requirements. Contractors must obtain and comply with the National Menu Specifications, as items will be closely inspected and may be conditionally accepted for five business days for testing. Vendors are responsible for retrieving any non-compliant items at their own expense within one week of notification.
