The services are for delivery to FCI Seagoville at 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159, with specific delivery hours and temperature requirements. Award will be based on past performance, not just lowest price, with vendors having a high past performance record considered the best value. All items will be closely inspected upon delivery, with conditional acceptance for five business days, and non-compliant items must be retrieved by the vendor at their own expense.
