Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to supply quarterly dairy, meats, general subsistence, and kosher items. This is a 100% small business set-aside with a firm-fixed-price contract, where past performance is considered approximately equal in value to price. Delivery is to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, OK, and must occur between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $15,000, and via purchase order with EFT for awards over that amount. The solicitation will be available on or about February 27, 2026, on SAM.gov, and interested parties must be registered there.
