The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly subsistence milk deliveries to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Deliveries are scheduled weekly from January 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026. The contract will be firm-fixed price, with awards at or below $15,000 paid via Government Purchase Card and awards over that amount paid by EFT. Past performance is considered approximately equal in value to price, and poor past performance may result in a vendor being deemed non-responsible. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is based on price.
