The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly subsistence bread deliveries for 13 weekly deliveries from January 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026. All deliveries must be made to the Federal Transfer Center at 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The contract will be firm-fixed price, with awards at or below $15,000 paid via Government Purchase Card and awards over that amount paid by EFT. Past performance is considered approximately equal in value to price, and poor past performance may result in a vendor being considered non-responsible. The solicitation will be available on or about December 1, 2025, on the SAM.gov website, and all offerors must be registered there.
