Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for the delivery of perishable and frozen food items with strict delivery and quality specifications. All items must be delivered between January 1, 2026, and January 31, 2026. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, excluding federal holidays, and the delivery vehicle must be suitable for a 4-foot elevated dock. Products have precise temperature requirements, will be closely inspected, and failure to meet schedules or specifications will result in contract cancellation and removal from future awards. Non-compliant items must be retrieved by the vendor at their own expense within two weeks or will be disposed of.
