The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51321Q00000004, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUSTENANCE- BREAD. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-06. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812, which contains a size standard of “number of employees” not to exceed 1000 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination for 13 weekly deliveries beginning October 1, 2020 thru December 31, 2020. Please reference the BREAD ORDER DELIVERY SCHEDULE WORKSHEET INCLUDED WITH THE SOLICITATION TO VIEW REQUIRED WEEKLY DELIVERY QUANTITIES. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73169, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00. Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. Invoice(s) are to be sent to the address listed on block 18a of the SF-1449, attention to: FTC Oklahoma City Business Office.
