February 26, 2019 The Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Transfer Center Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51319Q00000012 for the procurement of Security doors for retention. The NAICS codes for this requirement is 332321, 423710 or 332999. Facility Manager or designee would set delivery. The contract Type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside restricted as to business size. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Evaluation factors will be lowest price technically possible, specifications based on local, State and Federal NFPA code of standards, requirements listed on statement of work/drawings and door-to-door delivery. For security purposes, statement of work and drawings will be granted case by case only. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 27, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer or, must be submitted to the address contained within the solicitation posting by 2:00 pm central standard time with a due date of March 6, 2019. The anticipated date of award is on or about March 8, 2019. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
