This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 15B50921Q00000016. This Solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 562910, Remediation Services. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to purchase Lead Paint Remediation Services at the Federal Medical Center Fort Worth, located at 3150 Horton Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76119. The Statement of Work (SOW) is enclosed. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are enclosed. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The applicable line item/CLIN is enclosed. The contract period of performance (POP) will begin as described in the Statement of Work. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k). Registration may be done online at: www.acquisition.gov or www.sam.gov. An on-site visit will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 9:00am. Vendors should meet at the Main Entrance.
