Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for quarterly milk delivery, set aside 100% for small businesses. Delivery is required to the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma, from April 7, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Awards at or below $10,000 will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while awards over $10,000 will be paid by EFT. The evaluation will consider price and past performance approximately equally, with poor past performance potentially leading to a vendor being found non-responsible. All offers must be submitted by email, and vendors must be registered in SAM.gov.
