The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50724Q00000006, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - DAIRY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311513, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 1,250 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being specified beginning January 01, 2024, and ending January 08, 2023. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. Should the Government choose to make award(s), the award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) based on price, past performance, best value, and ability to conform to the specifications in the solicitation. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00. Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 05, 2023 and will be posted to the General Services Administration website www.sam.gov.
