The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50721Q0000006, for the provision of SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL. This requirement is for dump fees only, as the collection and transportation of the waste will be provided by the institution. The disposal site must be within 40 miles of the Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562998, which contains a size standard of not to exceed $7.5 million dollars. The period of performance will be October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via purchase order and payable by EFT. Invoice(s) are to be sent to the address listed on block 18a of the SF-1449, attention to: Accounts Payable. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 17, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Administration website www.beta.sam.gov.
