The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50720Q00000020, for the requirement of Remove and Replace the Refractory in a Hurst Biomass Boiler. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-06. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310, which contains a size standard of $8,000,000.00. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 19, 2020 and will be posted to the General Services Administration website https://beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
