Award will be made based on best value, with past performance and specification conformity considered significantly more important than price. All products must meet Certified Menu and BOP Religious Diet Specifications, with expiration dates at least six months past delivery. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CST, and vehicles must comply with a 49,000 lbs gross weight limit. Payments are made upon complete delivery and acceptance of the product.
