RE: 15B51523Q00000025 - Subsistence The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000025 for the requirement of FY 2024 1st Quarter Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery no later than October 2nd, 2023. After October 16th, 2023 will be considered late. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 11th, 2023 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.204-7 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
