The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Horticulture Occupational Training Program Services for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, located in Fort Worth, Texas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction (Size Standard: $30,000,000). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates requiring the provision of 1440 sessions per year for instructional services for the provision of Horticulture Occupational Training Program. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 6, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
