The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, seeks a responsible small business to supply and deliver two 25-ton single-packaged air-conditioning units with gas heat (208/230V, three-phase, 60 Hz) for Government installation at the ICC Building; installation is not included. Delivery is FOB destination to FPC Bryan, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803, with receiving Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. excluding federal holidays. This is a 100% total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price acquisition requiring manufacturer/model identification, product data sheets, and specifications demonstrating SOW compliance. Award will be made to the eligible small business offering best value considering technical acceptability, delivery schedule, and price, with technical acceptability and delivery combined more important than price.
