The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan, Bryan, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation for the requirements of: REQUIREMENT – NATIONAL MENU. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. FOB Destination applies. Deliveries are due no later than 10 days after Award/Receipt of Order (ARO). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. Sampler might be requested and must be submitted on or before the closing of this solicitation. The contract type is a firm-fixed price award. The Government reserves the right, upon award, to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will make award(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price being evaluated — past performance being rated higher than price. The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides complete downloading instructions.
