The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan, Bryan, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50425Q00000014 for the requirements of: REQUIREMENT – SUBSISTENCE (Bread and Milk). This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. FOB Destination applies. Delivery dates will begin the week of October 1–4, 2025, with exact delivery days scheduled weekly: Milk on Tuesdays and Bread on Wednesdays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. The contract type is a firm-fixed price award. The Government reserves the right, upon award, to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will make award(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price being evaluated — past performance being rated higher than price. The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2025, and will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website: https://sam.gov.
