This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 311991; the acquisition standard for Government procurement is an unrestricted set-aside. Weekly delivery dates will begin April 01, 2020 through June 30, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Big Spring, 1900 Simler Dr., Big Spring, Texas 79720. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 03, 2020. The anticipated date for receipts of quotes is March 19, 2020.
